Terms of Service

Last updated October 13, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Sporely for using sporely.io and the Sporely app (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use Sporely for a company, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.

Who we are

Sporely ("we", "us") operates sporely.io. You can reach us at hello@sporely.io.

The service

Sporely is a growth funnel intelligence tool. It shows your funnel stages week by week, using figures you enter and figures synced from tools you connect. It also records the actions you take and gives verdicts and suggestions about whether they are working.

We keep improving Sporely, so features may change, be added or be removed. If we remove something central to a paid plan, we'll tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and use Sporely for your work or business.
  • Give accurate sign-up details and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
  • You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed it.

Teams, brands and roles

An account has one owner and can have admins, members and, on the Agency plan, client viewers. The owner controls the account and its plan. Admins help manage people, brands and connections. Members work on the account's brands. Client viewers can see one brand, read-only.

When you invite people, you're responsible for inviting only people who should see the account's data. Sporely doesn't email invitations: you share the invite link yourself. The owner is responsible for the account's use of the service by everyone they invite.

Plans, trials and payment

Sporely has a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Team and Agency). Plan features and limits are listed on our pricing page. Limits, such as the number of funnels, seats, brands and daily AI requests, are enforced by the service.

Paddle is our reseller. Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com, which acts as merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, payment, taxes and invoices, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase. Paddle may appear on your card statement.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
  • Trials. Where a plan offers a free trial, you add a payment method at checkout and are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time through Paddle (from your receipt email) or by writing to us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Refunds are handled by Paddle under its buyer terms. If something went wrong, write to us and we'll help.
  • Price changes apply from your next billing period, and we'll tell you before they take effect. Founding prices stay as they are for as long as the subscription runs without interruption.
  • Downgrades never delete data. When an account moves to a smaller plan, brands and seats over the new limits become read-only, extra connections pause, and you can't add funnels or stages beyond the new limits. Upgrading again restores them.

Connected tools

You can connect tools such as HubSpot, Google (Analytics, Search Console and Ads) and LinkedIn Ads. By connecting one, you authorize Sporely to read the data described in our Privacy Policy with read-only access, and you confirm you're allowed to give that access. Your use of those tools stays subject to their own terms.

From connected tools we store aggregate figures (such as weekly counts, spend and campaign names), never contact records. You can disconnect at any time, and choose to delete the synced figures. Sporely depends on those providers' services, so their outages, limits or changes can affect what Sporely shows.

Your data

Your content, meaning what you enter into Sporely and the figures synced from your tools, stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide, secure and improve the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't sell it and we don't use it to train AI models.

Don't put other people's personal data into Sporely beyond what the service needs. Your funnels and actions shouldn't contain contact details of your customers or leads.

AI features

Verdicts, suggestions and answers are produced partly by rules and partly by AI. They are based on the figures available to Sporely and can be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as input to your decisions, not as professional, financial or legal advice. You decide what to do with them.

AI requests are limited per plan and day for fair use. We may also pause AI features temporarily to protect the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or use Sporely to infringe anyone's rights;
  • try to get around plan limits, security or access controls, or access other people's accounts or data;
  • disrupt the service, overload it, or use bots or scrapers on it outside its normal interface;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • upload malware or content you have no right to share.

Our intellectual property

Sporely, its software, design and brand belong to us and our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service; they don't transfer any ownership. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using Sporely at any time; to delete your account and its data, write to us. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or doesn't pay. Except in urgent cases, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. After an account is closed, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Warranties and liability

We work to keep Sporely reliable and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 100 if you use the free plan). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Sporely is established, and disputes go to its competent courts, unless the law of your country gives you a right to bring them elsewhere. Before going to court, please write to us; most problems can be sorted out quickly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Sporely changes. For significant changes we'll tell account owners by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Sporely after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
