Is the free plan really free?+
Yes. One funnel with up to four stages, HubSpot and Google connected, and a few AI verdicts and questions a day. No credit card, no time limit.
How does the 7-day trial work?+
Pro and Team start with 7 days free. You add a payment method at checkout and aren't charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
What happens if I cancel or downgrade?+
Your account goes back to Free and nothing is deleted. Extra brands and seats become read-only, extra connections pause, and you can't add funnels or stages beyond the Free limits. Upgrading again unlocks everything.
Who handles payments and invoices?+
Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. They handle checkout, local currency, tax and invoices, and they appear on your statement.
What data does Sporely read from my tools?+
Read-only access to weekly counts, campaign names and spend. Sporely never stores contact names, emails or other personal data from your CRM.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade from the app at any time. To move between paid plans, email hello@sporely.io and we'll switch you without double billing.
